Meet at 9 am in Húsavík. Sail from Húsavík at 9:30 am.

Sail from Húsavík with the North Sails out to Flatey. The sail takes about two hours. The nature and structures of the island are explored under a guide. Coffee/cocoa/tea will be served in Bjarmaskúr at the end of the walk. Estimated time on the island is about 2-3 hours. Sail back to Húsavík in the afternoon. Stop at Gatanöf on the way home for those who want.

Price: 22,000 / 25,000 ISK. Included: Sailing, warm overalls, cocoa and snacks on board, tour guide, guided tour of the island and coffee/cocoa/tea.


A confirmation fee of ISK 5,000 must be paid for registration for this trip no later than 14 days after the claim is created in online banking. This trip must then be paid in full three days before departure. A claim will be created in online banking.

    Bakpoki (dagpoki) gott að hann sé með bakpokahlíf

    Viðeigandi fatnaður, húfa, vettlingar, hlífðarföt og regnföt

    Vatn/drykkir og nesti til dagsins (einnig göngunasl)
